Jared Kushner Allegedly Profiting Off Israel Military While Serving As Trump’s Gaza Negotiator: REPORT

Latest News DAILY CALLER POLITIKOOL · LATEST NEWS

Jared Kushner, the U.S. Special Envoy for Peace, is drawing scrutiny because his private equity firm, Affinity Partners, is the biggest shareholder in Phoenix Financial, a Tel Aviv company that funds businesses tied to Israel's military operations, CNN reported Thursday. Kushner has been a central negotiator in Gaza, and he helped broker the October 2025 ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, according to Daily Caller.

According to CNN, Affinity paid $128.5 million for a 4.95% stake in Phoenix in 2024 and now owns 7.4%, valued at more than $1 billion in July. Phoenix has put at least $465 million into nine companies supplying the Israeli military with items such as drones and demolition equipment, including hundreds of millions of dollars in Elbit Systems. Some of those holdings, including a maker of fuzes for shells used in Gaza and a producer of tank parts, were bought after Affinity became the largest shareholder. Affinity has no stake in the nine companies themselves.

Kushner's attorney said he never took part in or directed Phoenix's investment choices, though he did talk with its management. White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said Kushner's business interests are separate from his volunteer diplomatic work done at the President's request.
