Trump accused of raping former Miss Switzerland in Democrats’ Epstein report

Latest News THE INDEPENDENT POLITIKOOL · LATEST NEWS

House Democrats have released a Judiciary Committee document examining Donald Trump's ties to Jeffrey Epstein, and its most serious claim is that Trump raped a former Miss Switzerland. Beatrice Keul, a retired model, told committee staff she was 24 when she traveled from Zurich in 1993 for a pageant in Manhattan. She says Trump promised help with a U.S. visa and admission to New York University, and that Epstein introduced himself to her as the president's best friend and floated an invitation to Mar-a-Lago. Later that day, she says, a Trump representative brought her to his suite at the Plaza Hotel, where he attacked her. She turned down a follow-up call from Trump months afterward. Keul had first described the encounter to The Daily Mail in 2024, when Karoline Leavitt, then Trump's press secretary, called it false, according to The Independent.

Democrats put out the findings a week before the midterms and also summarized accusations from Stacey Williams, Jill Harth and two women identified only as "Katie Johnson" and "Jane Doe." White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis told The Independent that none of the allegations are true and that Trump has been cleared of any connection to Epstein.
