Trump goes on morning Truth Social rant and claims Fox News spends its time defending ‘Dumocrats’

President Donald Trump publicly turned on Fox News again on Monday, posting on Truth Social that the network gives Democrats more airtime than Republicans and is working too hard to be politically correct. He pointed his supporters toward RSBN, a conservative outlet founded by Joe Seales, which he said would carry his Kansas rally that day, according to The Independent.

The Independent reports that the complaint fits a pattern. Trump alternately praises Fox, owned by Rupert Murdoch, when coverage flatters him and attacks it when it criticizes him or hosts his opponents. Earlier this month he objected that Fox & Friends skipped his Ohio rally, an event meant to energize Republican turnout before the midterms, and said he had stopped watching. Last month he complained that Fox interviews Communists and Socialists, naming Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed and the commentator Jessica Tarlov, and he faulted the network for dropping Maria Bartiromo, whom he called a loyal ally.

The outlet adds that Trump's stance toward the press has hardened in recent months, and that Fox backed CNN, MS NOW and Politico after he excluded them from the White House.
